The Group has always been characterised by a forwarding thinking attitude that led to a strong exposure to international markets till becoming a well-recognised worldwide key player in the oleochemical industry known for its resiliency, flexibility and high standard of quality and service which represents nowadays a market’s benchmark.
Its seven production sites located in three different continents operate according to a business model based on a “multi-production platform” which counts on several interchangeable production units to assure reliability in supply. Especially over the past few years where unpredictability and uncertainty have dominated the scene, such model has granted tangible continuity of supply achieved through effective risk mitigation plans based on real operating assets, rather than virtual models. The Group’s expansion passed through internal line growth thanks to the construction of production plants from green field and “in house technology” in Italy, Singapore, China and USA, as well as through external line growth thanks to acquisitions of operating companies based in the UK, Spain, and USA. The different production units and our technology systems are well harmonised within the Group and brought cultural diversification and a positive platform of qualified experience on which FACI Group can build and evolve continuing to shape the forthcoming years with intuition and enthusiasm and above all with the intimate support of its customers.

The expansion of the production is the result of a strategy that targets neighbouring markets with a high growth or development rate, while aiming to gain a competitive position as far as key feedstock is concerned.
